Michael Hua and Ning Tian were recognized for their exceptional dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence in supporting critical business initiatives. In preparation for a major bid to secure a new customer with strict requirements, both played a pivotal role in collecting and translating a large volume of documents from Chinese to English within an extremely tight two-day deadline. Their efforts overcame time zone challenges and language barriers, ensuring the team delivered exactly what the customer required, on time and to the highest standard. Beyond this project, they have consistently demonstrated the spirit of collaboration, supporting divisions outside their own with supplier visits, translation assistance, and quality assurance efforts. Michael and Tian’s contributions have strengthened relationships with international suppliers, advanced product development, and eliminated the need for outside translation services.
