Georgia teammates and their families came together for the second annual Family Fun Day at Wild Adventures, a 170-acre theme park filled with rides, water attractions, and animal exhibits. Guests enjoyed full access to four coasters, 25 rides, and an expansive water park featuring seven slides, splash pads, and a lazy river. Animal encounters included lions, reptiles, primates, giraffes, and more, along with shows and feeding experiences. In total, 580 guests attended, with more than 200 of our 307 teammates RSVP’ing. Everyone enjoyed a catered lunch of BBQ chicken, pulled pork, and hot dogs before heading back into the park for more fun.

The day also featured a raffle hosted by Plant Manager Thomas Payne, with 25 prizes awarded—including family activities, gift cards, fishing poles, an iPad, kitchen appliances, and two large-screen TVs. Teammates proudly wore shirts designed by the local HR team, and the event was made possible through the support of the Teammate Event Committee, made up of hourly representatives from each department. The success of this year’s Family Fun Day was a true reflection of teamwork, planning, and Oil-Dri spirit.
