Earlier this year, a key teammate on the HR team in Mississippi was going to be out of work for a lengthy period of time. Ethan and Sydney stepped in a huge way to support both Mississippi plants and Mounds. Both have received praise from their business partners with examples including turning around critical report requests for safety related processes called out by Charles Davis, and also earning praise from Brad Harris who passed on that he heard a
newly-hired teammate say that he’d never been treated and onboarded better by another employer – a process Ethan and Sydney own. Sydney and Ethan have also continuously improved processes, streamlining new-hire safety training to make things simpler for the site safety leads while also optimizing the recruiting and hiring process, allowing for the surpassing of site-level goals for staffing and retention. Sydney and Ethan have embodied LL#22 and contributed in a big way at a time when it was needed more than ever.
